Frank has spent the last 30 years helping to generate major shareholder value at companies both large and small.
His prior experiences span a number of different industries (media, technology, and retail) and in various capacities: senior executive, finance, strategy, M&A and entrepreneur. He has also served on several boards and advisory committees in the US and abroad. His combination of skills and deep professional network has provided Frank with a powerful toolbox to provide holistic and value-add advice that helps companies achieve their objectives.
Most recently, Frank completed a major overhaul of an audio streaming platform based in San Francisco. These changes attracted a number of buyers and the Company closed an accretive transaction in Q4 2020 with a clean balance sheet and ample gunpowder for this Audio Streaming company to invest in future growth.
