Brightstar Capital Partners completed the acquisition of ERC in May 2021 in partnership with the Company’s owner and senior management team. In May 2022, ERC joined forces with Oasis Systems, LLC, to expand and scale advanced engineering, cybersecurity and technology-focused consulting solutions for global aerospace and defense communities.
