Hami Ebrahimi is an Operating Partner who works closely with Brightstar’s portfolio companies. He brings experience in strategy, operations, commercial growth, and value creation across private equity and business services.
Prior to Brightstar, Hami held senior leadership roles at Caliber Collision, including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, and served as President of Protech Automotive Solutions. Earlier, he spent a decade with OMERS Private Equity, where he worked with investment and management teams to assess new investments and define and execute post-acquisition value-creation priorities. His experience included work with Caliber Collision Centers, CBI Health Group, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Nordco, Accelerated Rehab Centers, V-Ships, Premise Health, USIC, Forefront Dermatology, Logibec, and MatrixCare.
Hami began his career at Deloitte Consulting and Bain & Company. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Science & Business from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
