Kevin Deemer is a Managing Director at Brightstar, focusing on the firm’s lower middle market strategy.
Prior to joining Brightstar, Kevin was a Principal at Bregal Partners II, where he spent over a decade sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities primarily in the business services, industrials, and consumer sectors in the lower middle market. The majority of these were founder-led companies seeking not only capital but also operational support to scale their businesses organically and via strategic acquisitions.
Previously, Kevin was an Associate Consultant at LEK Consulting in Boston, where he supported acquisition due diligence and operational transformations for corporate and private equity clients.
Kevin holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Entrepreneurship & Technology Management from Brown University.
