Michael is an Operating Partner who works closely with Brightstar’s portfolio companies. He focuses on technology and AI-driven transformation to accelerate value creation.
Michael brings more than 25 years of management consulting and M&A transaction experience with public and private companies spanning a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, software, media, healthcare, and services.
Prior to Brightstar, Michael was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal within its Private Equity Performance Improvement group where he specialized in pre-acquisition IT due diligence, post-acquisition integration and performance improvement, IT strategic planning, and interim management.
Michael served in senior roles at Kloeckner Metals and Hitachi Consulting. Michael began his career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from The University of Arizona.
