Deni D. Naumann is an advisor to Douglas Products.

Deni is the retired President of Copesan Services, Inc., a privately held alliance of regional pest management companies serving national commercial clients across North America. She served on the company’s Board of Directors and helped lead it through its 2018 acquisition by ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SERV), the former parent company of Terminix® (now owned by Rentokil Initial (NYSE: RTO)), where she later served as Interim President of Terminix Commercial. In that role, she led the regional commercial and national accounts businesses and supported the integration of the two organizations until her retirement.

Deni brings extensive experience in board governance and senior leadership, with a focus on developing talent and aligning business and operational processes to support strong organizational cultures. She began her career at Leo Burnett Advertising Agency before moving into roles in product and channel management, business development, M&A, and manufacturing leadership at S.C. Johnson Wax and Essential Industries. Over more than 25 years with these global organizations, she led teams across domestic and international markets in both service and manufacturing sectors.

Deni currently serves on several business and nonprofit boards, including Kellymoss Inc. and the Siebert Lutheran Foundation. Her prior board roles include service with Mounds Pet Food Warehouse, the American Institute of Baking International Certification Services, the National Pest Management Association, the Pest Management Foundation, Outreach for Hope, the University of Wisconsin Business School/Parkside, The Johnson Wax Fund, and the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She also serves as an executive coach and strategic advisor.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Drake University’s School of Journalism, with a minor in biology and chemistry. She has also completed executive programs in marketing and mergers and acquisitions at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
