He is a seasoned healthcare executive, board chairman, and operating leader with more than 30 years of experience scaling multi-site healthcare organizations and consumer service businesses.
Most recently, Neil served as Chief Executive Officer of Total Vision, one of California’s largest vision care platforms, where he led significant growth, operational transformation, provider recruitment, acquisition integration, and practice expansion initiatives. He has also held senior leadership positions with Center for Vein Restoration and MyEyeDr., helping build and scale leading healthcare organizations across multiple markets.
Neil advises investors, boards, and management teams on growth strategy, operational excellence, leadership development, acquisitions, and value creation within healthcare services.
