Arun Gupta is an advisor to Analyte Health.
Arun is a founder, CEO, and board chairman with extensive experience building and scaling technology companies. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Parallel Systems, an autonomous rail technology company developing battery-electric, self-propelled rail cars and the software that supports next-generation freight operations.
Over the course of his career, Arun has held leadership and board roles in the launch or growth of more than ten technology start-ups, including Quartet Health, iD Tech, Big Health, Accolade, R1, and Palantir Technologies. Earlier in his career, he was a Venture Builder and General Partner at Accretive, where he helped create and grow a number of companies in healthcare and technology, several of which later became publicly traded. He also worked at McKinsey & Company and The World Bank, where he developed experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation.
Arun earned a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Reynolds Fellow in Social Entrepreneurship, and graduated with honors from Duke University. He currently serves on multiple private company and nonprofit boards and advises venture capital firms, growth equity investors, and large corporates on artificial intelligence, technology strategy, and innovation.
