Brad Antle

Brad Antle is an advisor to Astrion.

Brad brings more than three decades of experience leading and transforming technology-driven organizations across the federal contracting and national security sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at General Electric, Lockheed Martin, and SI International, and later served as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of both SI International and Salient CRGT. In these roles, he oversaw significant organizational growth and operational scale. Most recently, he founded Antle Advisors, where he works with companies on strategy, growth, and operational effectiveness.

Throughout his career, Brad has been actively involved in the business, defense, and technology communities. He served as Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Chair of the Software Productivity Consortium, Chair of the Virginia Veterans Services Foundation Board, and as a Trustee of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). Brad created and spent three years as the chair of NVTC’s Impact AI Summit, a regional event focused on developments in artificial intelligence.

Brad served 30 years in the U.S. Navy on Active and Reserve duty, retiring with the rank of Captain. He continues to support numerous community and veterans-focused organizations.

Brad earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, a Master of Engineering from Penn State, and an MBA from National University.
