Jason Gorevic is an advisor to Analyte Health.

Jason has built a career at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with a focus on expanding access to care and improving patient outcomes. He served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Teladoc Health (NYSE: TDOC) from 2009 to 2024. During his 15-year tenure, helped guide the company through its early-stage growth, public offering, and global expansion, establishing it as a major player in virtual healthcare.

At Teladoc, Jason led strategic initiatives across innovation, acquisition integration, business development, and international market entry. He also played a central role in building both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer offerings. His leadership contributed to the company’s transformation from a startup into a public company with a global footprint.

Before joining Teladoc, Jason held senior roles in the health insurance industry, including serving as President of Empire BlueCross BlueShield and as Chief Marketing and Product Officer of WellPoint (now Anthem). Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at early-stage technology companies, where he gained experience in scaling high-growth businesses. Over the course of his career, he has participated in three IPOs: Teladoc Health, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, and Mail.com.

Jason has been recognized for his contributions to the healthcare industry with honors such as EY Entrepreneur of the Year – New York (2014), Crain’s New York 40 Under 40 (2003), and multiple appearances on Modern Healthcare’s list of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kemper, Inc. (NYSE: KMPR), where he chairs the Human Resources & Compensation Committee and sits on the Governance Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Road Runners (NYRR), chairing its Nominating & Governance Committee and serving on the Finance and Executive Committees.

Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
