Jeff Wawok is an advisor to Best Choice Roofing.
Jeff brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a background in growth initiatives, strategic acquisitions, and ownership transitions. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Alacrity Solutions Group, an insurance services firm specializing in field and desk claims adjusting and related property and casualty offerings. In this role, Jeff helped guide the company’s expansion from a regional, founder-owned business into a national platform, completing 18 add-on acquisitions and participating in multiple ownership transitions involving private equity sponsors.
Prior to Alacrity, Jeff was Executive Vice President of First Mercury Financial Corporation, a specialty commercial insurance company, where he was involved in the company’s initial public offering and its later acquisition by Fairfax Financial Holdings. He began his career in investment banking, advising insurance carriers and insurance services firms on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.
Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA Charterholder.
